Our Bespoke Programmes create opportunities for individuals who find it difficult to cope in other settings which are more prescribed. In partnership with social workers, families and the member we develop exciting programmes to enable growth, a sense of achievement and above all, encouragement towards independence and a sense of fulfilment.
Our Bespoke service is tailored for individuals varying needs and abilities. Each member has an individual timetable which is ever adaptable and works alongside their own outcomes. These are regularly reviewed, and we encourage families and carers to have an input into these future achievements.
Typically outcomes for this service are:
• Facilitating social interaction development of fine motor skills for independence
• Managing emotions, feelings and coping with others
• Having involvement in the Workskills programme

The outreach service allows you to live independently and have control over how and when you receive support. We can support you to achieve your goals, such as becoming an active member of your local community. Our flexible support is tailored to your needs, whether you’re looking for a few hours a week or 24-hour care. Together, we co-create personalised support plans focusing on your interests, priorities and skills. Supported Living and Outreach services provide members support to live in the community, carry out a range of daily living tasks, budgeting, cooking, health appointments, trips out in the community and much more. We also support members in having holidays of their choosing.
We’re registered as a supported living provider, meaning we can provide personal care in people’s own homes. We take the standard of care and support we offer very seriously, which is why all our supported living accommodation is run to meet the standards set out by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), who regulate care provision in England. Our experience shows us that when the people we support are able to do things they feel more in control of their own lives and become active members of their community.

For our Adult services we like to adopt the moto “my life, my choice”. We put our adult members first in everything we do, building activities, events and opportunities around what they want. We offer adults (anyone over the age of 18) the opportunity to do the things they want to do. We like to think of ourselves less as disability support, and more about enabling people to lead the life they want. During the week we run evening activities that range from pub nights to drama club, bowling to meals out and lots more in between. At the weekends might visit theme parks, go swimming, see live music events, enjoy nature days, participate in sports and visit the theatre. But we don’t stop there. We offer a wide choice of respite breaks and holidays throughout the year. You could have a local weekend in Great Yarmouth or venture further afield to Skegness or the Lake District. Once a year we go further afield for a break in the sun, visiting somewhere like Spain. Deciding what you’re going to do and when is easy. Every two months we’ll send you a list of all the social activities available to you and you get to choose which ones you take part in. That way, you know you’ve got two months of socialising ahead of you!
Members of our Leisure programme are also offered a wide choice of respite breaks throughout the year whilst parents and carers have time to rest. These respite breaks vary hugely from local breaks, activity breaks and European trips, as chosen by our members.
Our respites are well supported by our enthusiastic and skilled staff team and give our members the opportunity to have time away from home, make memories with their friends and build skills to enable their independence.
